We are seeking a highly motivated Research Talent to be a key contributor to our core Research & Development (R&D) initiatives.
You will be instrumental in integrating new health technologies and enhancing our AI-driven Health Tech platform.

Device Integration & Data Engineering: Lead the research, selection, and technical integration of a suite of Over-the-Counter (OTC) and at-home diagnostic devices. Develop secure APIs and data pipelines to collect and process physiological data into our platform.
AI/ML Model Development: Enhance our predictive AI/ML models by utilizing real-world data from integrated devices. Develop new algorithms to correlate device data with user health outcomes and implement privacy-preserving techniques like federated learning.
Dashboard & Visualization: Work closely with the UI/UX team to design the backend logic for our personalized health dashboard and develop insightful data visualization components for users.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all R&D activities for new device integrations adhere to our dynamic compliance framework and relevant data security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

You will report technically to the AI Project Managing Director and collaborate directly with the UI/UX Technical Director. You will receive
research direction and clinical oversight from our R&D Co-Leads.

PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Clinical Science, or a closely related field.
Proven hands-on experience with medical diagnostics technologies, including OTC or point-of-care devices.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for data analysis and model development is highly desirable
Experience with data pipeline construction (APIs, ETL) and an understanding of federated learning is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
